Meet Frank
I’m not a politician – although I proudly served on the Warwick School Committee, which was a non-partisan position. I am a carpenter by trade, married my sweetheart at 19, and am a proud Dad and Grandfather. I was involved in local sports leagues to support and be involved in my community. I ran for Mayor when I saw the city I loved – the city our folks sacrificed to move us to when I was a young boy – falling apart.
I grew up in a household that didn’t sugarcoat things, which, I believe, formed my public service foundation. My belief is that all government, but, especially my administration, should be open, honest, and transparent, and, always, have the goal to interact with Warwick’s residents – my friends, relatives, neighbors, and fellow business owners – in a way that keeps them informed and inspires them to become involved in our community.
I apply my belief that I’m a Mayor to serve the public, but I’m informed by the fact, that with every decision I make, I’m a taxpayer, a resident, a former small business owner and every decision I make affects your bottom line.
And, as hokey as it might sound, I’ll fight for “the little guy,” because I feel I still am one.
